By scheduling or requesting any services offered by Lauren Startt LLC or when communicating with Lauren, and/or paying for any services she offers, you are stating that you have read this disclaimer and terms of service and that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:

Cancellation Policy:
All purchases made are final. Readings are NON-REFUNDABLE but you are allotted one reschedule. The rescheduling option is available only if made more than 48 hours in advance. Any person who does not show will not have the option to reschedule the reading.

Gift Certificates:
All gift certificate purchases are final and non-refundable. Certificates expire one year from the purchase date. Scheduling must be initiated within this one-year period, though appointments can be set for dates beyond, provided they are scheduled within the first year.

Tardy Policy:
As we strive to be prompt for all of our clients, all appointments start on time and end on time. In the event that you are late to your scheduled appointment, please know that no refund for lost time will be issued and appointments will not run over the scheduled time.

Payment:
That your appointment will not be considered confirmed until payment is received and therefore may be booked by another client. Payment must be received to consider appointment reserved. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Appointments:
No guarantees are made regarding who and what information will come through in a reading as this is not in control of any legitimate medium.

Scheduling Info.:
When scheduling please make sure the email address you provide is correct and one you check often. This is how your reading will be confirmed and how you will be contacted with any changes.
All gift certificates expire one year after purchase. All/any gift certificates need to be redeemed within the year but can be scheduled for outside of the year period.

No Recording Policy:
Recordings are not permitted under any circumstances. No readings with Lauren are to be recorded or shared publicly or privately in any form unless approved by Lauren and all people involved in the reading. By checking the box below I understand there will be legal consequences if this is not respected.
